Refund & Return Policy

At S. Konger Art, every artwork is created by hand — sketches, portraits, and paintings made individually for each order. Because of this, our refund and return terms are slightly different from standard retail products. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept general returns or exchanges for original artworks.

Each piece is created as a one-of-one work. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be returned simply due to change of mind, preference, or expectation.

To be eligible for any review, the request must be related to damage or an incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email studio@snehasishkonger.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the artwork

  • Photos of the packaging

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a resolution. This may include a replacement or store credit, based on the situation.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only considered in cases where:

  • The artwork was damaged during delivery

  • You received an incorrect item

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider or bank

Commissioned / Custom Portraits

Custom portraits are non-refundable once work has started.

Before final delivery, we will share a preview. Minor revisions can be requested at this stage within the agreed scope.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, only if work has not begun.

To cancel, email studio@snehasishkonger.com as soon as possible.

Shipping Scope

We currently ship within India.

For international orders, please contact us at studio@snehasishkonger.com before placing an order. We will review the request and share shipping options if available.
