Intellectual Property All artworks, images, and content on this website are the original creations of Snehasish Konger and are protected under copyright law. Purchase of an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only — it does not transfer reproduction rights, commercial rights, or digital rights. You may not reproduce, print, or distribute any artwork without explicit written permission.

Orders & Payments All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Custom Commissions Commission orders are subject to a separate agreement communicated via email. Work begins only after confirmation and any applicable deposit is received.

Accuracy of Information We make every effort to display artwork colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of each piece.

Limitation of Liability S. Konger Art shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products.
