Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (India) We currently ship across India. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (each piece is prepared and packed by hand)
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped
International Orders We are not currently offering standard international shipping as we are still working out logistics and costs for overseas delivery. However, if you are based outside India and would like to order, we'd love to hear from you!

We will get back to you with a custom shipping quote and timeline.
Packaging All artworks are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Rolled canvases, flat sketches, and framed pieces are packed differently based on their format.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at studio@snehasishkonger.com within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date.
